WACS
The World Association of Chefs Societies is a global network of chef associations founded in October 1928 at the Sorbonne in Paris. World Chefs are managed by a elected president as well as a board of selected Continental Directors for the respective continent. WACS organizes cooking contests and supervises courses around the world. Dragan became the first Swede in 2014 to become Continental Director of Europe North at an International Congress.

Dragan has more than 25 years experience in the food and wine business from Sweden, but also from well-known restaurants abroad. Dragan is Continental Director for WACS Europe North, board member of the Swedish Sommelier Society, member of the board of Swedish Chef Association and honorary member of many associations and boards. Often invited as a judge in many competitions around the world and a highly appreciated lecturer in food and wine.
Dragan is currently living and working in Singapore as an Executive Chef for SATS who is the catering purveyor for Singapore Airlines. Dragan is a sought after judge in the culinary world and is also coachinig his own team in Singapore to participate in the 2019 Culinary Olympics in Munich in October.
